Above ground safe rooms are built on site and are constructed similar to a bank vault. These safe rooms generally costs about 40 to 50 percent more than the below ground storm shelters..

We recommend allowing 5 square feet per person for occupancy. These storm shelters can be built almost anywhere. But in an ideal situation, we need to get a concrete truck, and dump truck close to the actual storm shelter site. Please be prepared for some extra charges if access is very limited. Travel fees also apply for anyone over 50 miles from the metro. Thank you very much for your interest in our product. We have an extensive reference list and we strive for quality..Absolutely no temp labors on our jobs… Quality comes first… Quantity takes time!!!

Remember you should never pay more per square foot for a storm shelter than you would want to pay for a house.. Storm shelters should range from 50 to 100 dollars per square foot never more…. please shop wisely….
